Weatherwize® fabric produced by Weave Corporation ("Weave") is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects which could cause it to become unserviceable by color loss or mildew resulting from normal usage and routine exposure to light and air. This limited warranty is subject to normal maintenance, care and cleaning of Weatherwize® fabric by the customer, as specified in the care labeling provided with the fabric. If found to be defective within three (3) years after the customer's purchase of Weatherwize® fabric from Weave, and its use under normal, non-abusive conditions, without perforation or burns, the sole remedy against Weave will be the replacement of the defective fabric. This limited warranty expressly excludes labor and installation costs. Any and all claims hereunder shall be accompanied by the original invoice of the Weatherwize® fabric in issue showing the date of its purchase.
